Rules to Processes and Controls Mapping

Using our in-house methodology we can help design and implement a governance framework solution for your firm to meet the new FRC ‘CASS Audit’ requirements which requires firms’ to map the CASS rule book to their internal controls environment on a granular basis. Our framework is designed to also assist with managing personal accoubtability risk and SMCR.

End to End Design Reviews

We can help to design oversight tools, committee structures, MI and provide advice on the CF10a office or the Senior Manager Office itself.

CASS Resolution Pack (CASS RP)

We can perform a design review of your CASS RP to determine if it is in line with the requirements of CASS 10 and evaluate the design of your controls for the maintenance of the CASS RP.

We can perform readiness testing of your CASS RP and associated documents under a mock insolvency regime. Thus assessing whether the critical timelines can be met within the stipulations listed in CASS 10.

CASS Audit

We can supply ex BIG4 auditors to assist with your annual CASS audit. This can include ad-hoc assistance as well as more tailored assistance such as:
